Project Description:
Comprehensive conversion/renovation of garage structure into custom pool house. The scope includes entertainment areas with wet bar, fireplace, and outdoor kitchen/grill station. New pergola structure, siding, roofing and cupola relate the detached pool house to the main house on owner's 10-acre estate.
