Project Description:
Adaptive reuse project which consisted of conversion pf a 29,000 sq. ft. warehouse into a commercial office building. Our team orchestrated all zoning and environmental approvals, and provided design/build services for a project which took three years. The project included new structural engineering, installation of mechanical systems, lighting systems, electrical and other technologies. The site work included assemblage of four parcels for parking. An environmental remediation of a one-acre site included removal of eight underground tanks, which resulted in achieving approvals by NJDEP.
