Project Description:
Working in conjunction with the clients decorator, Degnan Design Group provided planning and project management services for the renovation and decorating of this 5 level pre-war townhouse located in a premiere neighborhood of Manhattan's Upper East Side.
The project scope included all levels and exterior facade restoration/refinishing work.
We coordinated all NYCDOB approvals including NYC Landmarks's Preservation applications which entailed custom window as well as entry door design details.
Reconstruction of 3 marble bathrooms with custom millwork and plumbing fixtures as well as extensively detailed vanities.
Custom interior millwork included a new kitchen. The library features mahogany and beveled glass doors with transom and raised panels, custom bar and decorative mouldings throughout.
Degnan Design Group also served as construction manager, which entailed the administration and coordination of all construction and decorative trades.
