Tom Degnan has been designing and building homes at the Jersey Shore since 1986. His passion for the field began early, when he moved with his family into the area in the early 70s and fell in love with charming older homes in Spring Lake.

He attended college at the University of New Mexico where he graduated with a degree in Architecture with a concentration in environmentally-friendly green design (way before it was cool, and back when the sustainability focus in building was primarily on solar). After a few years living in New York working for Architecture and Design firms, he decided to return to the Jersey Shore and launch his own residential & commercial design business. The design business evolved into the design/build model after numerous clients requested a single source home renovation service.

Tom lives in Wall with his wife, Donna and son Dylan.
