Our clients describe the homes we’ve built for them as sanctuaries, places of comfort and togetherness, their families’ favorite spaces. We completely understand; It’s our haven too.  For so many of us, the love affair with summers down the shore began when our parents brought us here some decades ago, a family tradition that might have spanned generations. We came for vacations, reunions and celebrations...fun times. And then as soon as we could we brought our families here to keep tradition alive and share the joy.

For a long time, families made do in old homes that may have been showing their age or in need of updating, because the inconvenience could be tolerated for the couple of weeks they spent here (and they spent as much of those weeks in the outdoors or on the porch as possible). But as the number of families living year round in coastal Monmouth County gradually increased and the coastal land on which these original summer cottages were built has become much more valuable, major renovations to these properties started to make sense...it’s a wise investment. With the substantial increase of value in local real estate, the benefit of investing in that asset becomes not only a smart decision long term, but makes sense for the here-and-now enjoyment of your family and future generations.
