Project Description:
This high-profile Private Equity firm retained Degnan Design Group, LLC, as owner’s representatives to oversee a 3,000 SF interior renovation by client’s exclusive designer, Frank K Pennino and Associates, who are based in Los Angeles. Working in conjunction with the landlord’s architect and engineer, the project was implemented in a two month period, which included extensive custom mahogany panels and doors, mouldings, and custom finishes. Working within an occupied telecommunications facility required a strategic planning and management for the planning, construction, technology, security as well as the installation of decor and artwork.
